Sourdough bread = Great success!

IMG_7359.JPG The sourdough came out awesome. Well, I don’t really like olives, but I have it on good authority that it’s good (the hubby has eaten half the loaf on his own). 😀

The bread has a nice tang to it, and the apartment smelled divine as it was baking.  None of the ingredients overpowered the others, and it all just worked.  Hooray for Gluten Free Girl!

Look at that crust! The ABin5 recipe has been the absolute best gluten free bread recipe I’ve ever used, not only because it tastes awesome, but also because the dough freezes well so you can pretty much have hot, fresh-out-of-the-oven bread whenever you want with a minimum of fuss.  How on earth could you say no to that?
